Edited

This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to connect CO2 and water to your machine, as well as how to adjust the pressure settings for optimal performance. Following these instructions will ensure that your machine operates efficiently and effectively.

Connecting CO2 to the Machine

To begin, you will need to connect the CO2 supply to the machine. Follow these steps:

  • Connect the CO2 line to the designated inlet on the machine.

  • Adjust the CO2 pressure using the CO2 manometer. The recommended pressure range is between 3 to 3.5 bar.

Filling the Ice Bank

Next, you will need to fill the ice bank with water:

  • Fill the ice bank with water until the water level is visible between the two marked lines on the side of the ice bank.

Connecting Water to the Machine

Once the ice bank is filled, proceed to connect the water supply:

  • Connect the water line to the machine.

  • Mount the pressure gauge to the manometer located at the front of the machine.

  • Open the water supply.

Adjusting Water Pressure

After connecting the water supply, you will need to adjust the water pressure:

  • Use the grey knob to set the water pressure between 2 to 2.2 bar. Ensure that the manometer is connected at the front during this adjustment.

Final Steps

Once the water pressure has been set, follow these final steps:

  • Shut off the water supply and disconnect the pressure gauge.

  • Plug the hole where the pressure gauge was connected.

  • Turn the water supply back on to complete the setup.

By following these instructions, you will ensure that your machine is properly connected and adjusted for optimal performance. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please refer to the user manual or contact our support team.
