The CoffeeCloud privacy policy contains information on how we treat and receive data.
The Privacy policy for now then relates to both the machine data, but also for person data.
As a primary rule, we never store any personal sensitive data other then email address and encrypted passwords. Which is used to login to the service. We also store some meta-data about when a user logs in, logs out, create users, delete users - which is general information used to troubleshoot if any malfunctions should occurs in the system.
The privacy policy also contains a bit of technial details on how we gather the data from the machine, as well as how we will use the wifi network if available. This includes ports, architecture of how we request data through the network etc. This is normally for IT people who want to get this information.
