Bottom piston error when opening door to machine

If you open and shut the door to check the dregs bin quickly you get the bottom piston error come up.

Make sure you have updated the Masterboard to the latest version. We happily exchange boards at the spare parts department - if you notify us when ordering new master boards, we will credit you once we have determined, that the boards are in working condition.
