Background:
The ICE-bank is a very innovative fridge design, that features a very compact package of features. The ice-reservoir both manages to cool the water for both flat and sparkling water, while at the same time circulating water through a patent pending cooling profile inside the fridge space, keeping milk cold as well.
The fridge are able to achieve temperatures of near 4°C or sub 40°F. If your fridge is not getting cold enough, don't try and adjust the standard temp setting from factory (set to 6) as this will void warranty, as there is a risk the ICE-bank may freeze.
Solutions:
If the fridge has trouble getting down to temperature, it's almost certain that it's a ventilation issue. Proper ventilation for this fridge is key. You will find the fridge is "sweating" inside, with condensation water especially visible on the protecting plate, that covers the cooling profile. The fridge is not supposed to sweat og condensate like that. It's definetely cooling - or trying to - but it's not at all properly ventilated.
Ventilation
If the machine is not properly ventilated, newly developed kits from Scanomat with temperature regulated tangential fans is the best solution.

Ensure it has enough water
Ensure the water level is high enough, but do also take care not to overfill. Fill it slowly and wait for the reaction on the level tube.
Check the ICE-bank once a year minimum.
Make sure the fans are working
Double check both he exhaust fan on the back and the circulation fan inside the fridge.
Is the heat exchanger inside the fridge getting cold?
If not, the circulation pump inside the ICE-bank might need service or needs exchanging.
If fitted with the ventilation kit and fridge exhaust:
Make sure the hole has been cut correctly and that the fridge is positioned to allow the air to flow uninterrupted.
