There are a few things you can tweak, to make a drink higher temperature on your drinks.
Temperature
Normally, if temperature on the coffee is to low you can change the temperature value for the preheater and the Flash heater (and Milk pump if it's a milk based drink) and in the brew group respectively. Both of these temperatures are viable for testing purpose. There is always a fine balance between getting the right temperatur and not burning the coffee.
Please use the below instructions with caution. You need to test thoroughly how the set value will implicate the taste of the coffee. You will need to do a bit of experimentation. One advice, is incrementing the temperatur one by one, so you are not going to far to quickly.
if you want to increase the temperature of coffee, black coffee, americano, espresso (all coffee) do the following:
Brew unit - target standard: 92 degrees
1. On the keyboard access the menu by pressing arrow up
2. Go to Adjust > Temperature > B2C Temp.
3. Press Yes
4. Set the temperature accordingly. We recommend maximum between 95 Degrees.
Pre heater - target standard: 63 degrees
1. On the keyboard access the menu by pressing arrow up
2. Go to Adjust > Temperature > Tank Temp.
3. Press Yes
4. Set the temperature accordingly. We recommend maximum between 85-90 Degrees.
if you want to increase the temperature of milk based drinks such as Cappuccino, Café latte, Flat white etc (all milk based drinks) do the following:
Milk pump speed (Milk based drinks) - Standard/Default Temperature: 1
1. . On the keyboard access the menu by pressing arrow up ↑
2. Go to Adjust > Temperature > Milk Pump (press yes to select menu item)
3. Press Yes
4. Make the milk pump go slower by increasing the value by pressing the 'arrow up' ↑ button.
5. Press yes
6. Then press No to exit menu
NB: This is a simple trick to do on the keyboard of the machine. Doing the above will raise the temperatures of all drinks in the menu. The "right" way of doing it, but also takes a bit more tie, is to increase the milk pump speed in the Barista Program for each individual recipee. By that, you have to go to each milk-based drink and edit the milk pump speed parameter.
Make sure single phasee is set to NO and shorten the coffee and milk lines
Another thing you can also possibly check, if you have the setup configured to "Single Phase: Yes" ?
If so, you're only pulling 10 amps, essentially not utilizing all the heating power you are able to with the 3-phases.
It's under Switch Settings > Single Phase in the "Setup" menu.
Also, have you reduced the length of the coffee line as much as allowed (pull out the machine till you hit the service stop and shorten the coffee line so it still reaches)
